Come back to nature...
Lake Katherine Nature Center and Botanic Gardens!
Lake Katherine Nature Center and Botanic Gardens is an 85-acre non-profit park that includes woodlands, prairie, wetlands, gardens and a 10-acre lake. An estimated 100,000 people come to the park each year to hike, jog, walk their dogs or to simply enjoy the beauty of the gardens and the abundant opportunities to see wildlife.
In the warmer months Lake Katherine has canoes and kayaks to rent and our newly completed section of the Cal-Sag Trail provides a beautiful cycling route for nature lovers.
Our nature center features a menagerie of reptiles and animals and we have two competitively priced venues available to rent for weddings, parties, baby or bridal showers. Book SOON for October, November or December and receive a discount on rentals! Click Here!
Lake Katherine is proud to attract visitors of all ages with our year round educational programs for children, summer day camps, unique courses for adults and some fun-packed special events.
Unfortunately we are NO LONGER able to
accept electronics for recycling.
