The Heritage Garden at Lake Katherine is a demonstration garden exhibiting organic fruits and vegetables so visitors can observe the connections between the food they see on their plates and the earth it grows from.  From plantings in early spring to harvest in the fall, the entire life-cycle of many different species can be observed.  Some of the floral, herbal and vegetable species growing in the Heritage Garden this year may include:
