Brigid O'Malley Auditorium  The Brigid O'Malley Auditorium is connected to the Nature Center and is available for almost any occasion. Its maximum capacity is slightly larger than the clubhouse, at 130 guests. The auditorium is furnished with hardwood floors, a speaker system, and wireless internet access for business presentations. A small stage is located along the side wall to accommodate entertainment. The room also contains a refrigerator, sink, and microwave for guest use. Requirements for Rental: -A completed application, driver's license, and a $250.00 deposit is required to secure a rental date for the facility. A $100.00 deposit is required for a wedding ceremony. -Cancellation of a confirmed rental will result in a loss of $125.00 from the deposit. -Alcohol may only be served if the renter secures a liquor liability insurance policy. The cost is $150. This is non-refundable. -Full payment is due two weeks before the rental date. -No rental can be scheduled past midnight for any function. -A one-hour setup time and a one-hour cleanup time will be allotted for all rentals. -This building is a non-smoking facility. -Lake Katherine is responsible for setting up tables and chairs for facility rentals ONLY (not wedding ceremonies). -No political functions permitted.
