E.G. Simpson Clubhouse  Located in the serene atmosphere of Lake Katherine, the clubhouse serves as a banquet facility with a large balcony overlooking Lake Katherine's 136 acres. The picturesque landscaping makes the clubhouse an ideal spot for birthday and holiday parties, anniversaries, bridal showers, weddings, and other special occasions. The clubhouse can accommodate up to 100 people on its second floor. A gas-burning fireplace is also located on the second floor, and a kitchen can be found on the ground level.
Requirements for Rental:
-A completed application, driver's license and a $250.00 deposit is required to secure a rental date for the facility. A $100.00 deposit is required for a wedding ceremony.
-Cancellation of a confirmed rental will result in a loss of $125.00 from the deposit.
-Full payment is due two weeks before the rental date.
-No rental can be scheduled past midnight for any function.
-A one-hour setup time and a one-hour cleanup time will be allotted for all rentals.
-This building is a non-smoking facility.
-Lake Katherine is responsible for setting up tables and chairs for facility rentals ONLY (not wedding ceremonies).
