July 3rd Bash
Wednesday, July 3rd 7pm-10pm, Cost: $25
Join us for the official Palos Heights' Independence Day celebrations. The firework display begins at dusk and there is free entry for all. Optional tickets available for $25 per person to reserve a spot on the Clubhouse balcony for the best view in the park. Includes drinks and light snacks.

Saturday July 6, 9:00pm, FREE
Goodbye Jupiter, Hello Saturn and maybe Mars

Chair Yoga
Wednesday, July 17, 10am-11am. Cost: $15
This class will explore yoga poses using a seated position or a chair for assistance during standing postures.
Postures are ideal for yogi’s with joint or back pain that may make it difficult to get up and down from the mat.
Each posture will be broken down to explain what area of the body we are targeting and the intention, whether we are stretching or strengthening.

Wine and Nature with Cooper’s Hawk Winery
Thursday, July 18, 6pm - 9pm. Cost: $30
Join us for our summer wine and nature event!  Cooper's Hawk Winery will be onsite for an evening of wine tasting and music. A Lake Katherine naturalist will also give short nature walks around the grounds. Entrance is limited to 100, sign up at the Nature Center ahead of time to secure your ticket.

Summer sunset yoga
Wednesday, August 7, 6:30pm-8:30pm. Ages 21+ Cost: $25
This outdoor sunset yoga in the garden will incorporate aromatherapy to balance your mind and body as we move into the end of the summer month. Bring your own mat for a full hour yoga session geared toward all levels of yogis and stay for sunset, an adult beverage and light snack.

All Things Folk
Wednesday, August 14, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Cost: $30
(Music starts at 7pm) Enjoy a night of folk music from local artist John Deven, plus short readings of nature-based folklore. Each ticket comes with two complimentary cocktails.  Entrance is limited to 100, sign up at the Nature Center ahead of time to secure your ticket.

Monarch Butterfly Festival
Sunday, September 15, 11am-4:30pm, Cost: $6
Enjoy the unique and magical experience of walking through our butterfly tent!  We will also have face-painting, live animals, an arts & crafts fair, children's crafts, story time, scarecrow making, food & drink vendors and an education tent.  Tickets are $6 per person and free entry for children two and under.
