Scout Groups

We are no longer accepting scout programs for the fall season. Thank you for your patience and we hope to see you in the winter season!

Boy Scout and Girl Scout Programs provide groups the opportunity to fulfill badge requirements, meet specific rankings, and carry out service projects. Self-guided tours are also welcome; and we would appreciate advance warning of your visit. Badges are not provided. Contact Tara Rosenwinkel

Eagle Scout Projects

To earn the Eagle Scout rank, the highest advancement rank in scouting, a Boy Scout must fulfill requirements in the areas of leadership, service, and outdoor skills. One of these requirements is your demonstration of leadership skills. You do so by planning and carrying out an Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project.

Looking to do an Eagle Scout Project? We can work with you to develop a great leadership opportunity. Lake Katherine needs help with building structures, boardwalks, bridges and more. Contact Gareth Blakesley.

Girl Scout Gold Award Project

The Girl Scout Gold Award is the highest award that a Senior Girl Scout may earn. The Gold Award symbolizes exceptional achievement in the completion of a project that encompasses organizational, leadership, and networking skills.

A Girl Scout Gold Award project should involve planning, leadership and decision making and focus on addressing a real need in your community.
